What you’ll be doing
  
  • Manage and grow key accounts and new business opportunities across the region
  • Lead consultative sales discussions, helping clients map their digital transformation journey
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver compelling proposals and demos
  • Build a strong pipeline and exceed revenue targets in your assigned territory
  • Be the face of the company at industry events, workshops, and client engagements
  
What we’re looking for
  
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, ideally in MES, ERP, or similar complex IT solutions
  • Strong understanding of IT/OT systems — bonus if you’ve sold into manufacturing or pharma
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Based in Thailand, with willingness to travel 10–20% internationally
  • A team player who brings energy, integrity, and a passion for helping clients succeed
