1. What this covers

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This page lists every cookie this site can set, split into the ones it needs to work and the optional analytics ones. Whether analytics start on or off depends on where you are browsing from; section 3 explains both cases.

2. Strictly necessary

These exist so the site works and stays protected. They do not track you across sites and cannot be switched off.

• Cloudflare Turnstile. Our forms use Turnstile to keep bots out. The check runs inside a small frame served by Cloudflare, and Cloudflare may set cookies within that frame to tell humans from bots. They appear only on pages with a form, and only while the check runs.
• Hosting. The site runs on Microsoft Azure, which may set a routing cookie (named ARRAffinity or similar) so your requests reach the same server. It identifies a server, not you.
• Your cookie choice. When you accept or reject analytics, we save that choice in a cookie named tb_consent, which lasts twelve months. It records only your choice and the date you made it, so we can stop asking on every page and every visit.

3. Analytics, only if you accept

We use two analytics tools to understand how the site is used: Google Analytics, which gives us aggregate statistics such as which pages are visited and where visitors come from, and Microsoft Clarity, which shows us how pages are used through heatmaps and anonymised session replays. Both set cookies: Google Analytics sets cookies beginning _ga, and Clarity sets cookies beginning _clck and _clsk. Both companies receive technical data about your visit, such as your device, browser and pages viewed, and process it on their own servers.

These are optional, and what happens before you choose depends on where you are browsing from. In the UK, the European Economic Area and Switzerland, analytics are off until you accept. Google Analytics loads only in a restricted mode Google calls consent mode: it sets no cookies, receives no advertising or personalisation data, and cannot identify you or follow you between sites. Microsoft Clarity does not load at all. Everywhere else, including Thailand, Google Analytics runs with cookies by default. The banner lets you turn it off. Clarity still loads only if you accept. If you accept, both tools run normally and set the cookies described above. If you reject, wherever you are, Google returns to the restricted cookieless mode, Clarity stays unloaded, and the site works exactly the same.

4. Third-party content on some pages

The contact page can show a Google Map of our office. The map does not load with the page: it is fetched from Google only if you press Show the map, and Google may set cookies of its own inside the map’s frame when you do. If you never press it, Google is never contacted.

5. Changing your mind

You can change your analytics choice here at any time. Rejecting analytics, or withdrawing an earlier acceptance, deletes the analytics cookies set on this site, stops Clarity loading, and returns Google Analytics to the restricted, cookieless mode described above.

You can also delete cookies through your browser settings at any time, or block them entirely; the site will keep working.
