Employers/Embedded Recruitment
Embedded Recruitment · Best for scaling teams

A recruiter inside your team, scaling your org as fast as you can interview.

Embedded recruitment puts a dedicated True Blue recruiter inside your process, under your brand, owning your roles end to end. Built for sustained, high-volume hiring. Not a single vacancy.

Specialist consultants, each deep in their own disciplines, none with fewer than seven years in technology recruitment. Every consultant's recommendations are public on LinkedIn.

What it is

Not a vendor you email a brief to. Part of your team.

Embedded recruitment puts a dedicated True Blue recruiter inside your team. They work under your employer brand, in your tools and your interview process, as an extension of your hiring function rather than an agency you hand a role to and wait on.

It is different from a one-off search. A contingent or retained search fills a named role and ends. Embedded is built for sustained hiring: multiple roles over months, where you need consistent pipeline and someone who learns your business instead of restarting every time.

Day to day, that means one or more recruiters owning your roles end to end. Sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer management and reporting. You get the capacity of an in-house talent team without the fixed headcount.

And the recruiter does not arrive empty-handed. Embedded gives you everything an agency brings, delivered inside your own team: our network and candidate database, our knowledge of the Thai tech market, and the full sourcing toolkit every consultant carries, from LinkedIn Recruiter to the local Thai job boards to our own AI sourcing systems. Across the volume of hires embedded is built for, that costs a fraction of what the same hiring would cost in agency fees.

How it works

Five steps, one dedicated recruiter

From scoping to scaling. The same person owns it start to finish.

1

Scope the need

We sit with your hiring managers to define roles, levels, must-haves and the realistic market rate before sourcing starts.

2

Embed in your workflow

Our recruiter works inside your ATS, Slack and interview process under your brand. Candidates experience your company, not an agency.

3

Source and manage pipeline

We run active sourcing across the 11,000+ Thai tech candidates in our ATS, screen, and keep a live pipeline warm so roles never stall.

4

Report every week

You get weekly metrics on pipeline, conversion and time to offer against agreed SLAs. No black box.

5

Scale up or down

Add roles when you're growing, pause when you're not. A fixed monthly fee, not a percentage of every salary.

Best fit for

When embedded is the right call, and when it isn't

We would rather point you to the right model than sell you the wrong one.

A good fit when
You're scaling an engineering org fast and need volume without dropping the bar.
You're building a new team or department from scratch.
You have sustained hiring over several months, not one vacancy.
You want in-house-quality hiring without adding permanent recruiter headcount.
Look elsewhere when
You have a single role you want run properly, especially if it is niche, senior or confidential. Use Retained Search.
The role is simple or straightforward and the active market serves it well. Use Contingent.
Your hiring is occasional and unpredictable, so dedicated capacity would sit idle. Use Contingent.

FAQ

Straight answers

How is this different from a retainer?

A retained search is for one role. You pay a committed fee to fill a specific role and the engagement ends when it's filled. Embedded is ongoing capacity for many roles: dedicated recruiters working inside your team on a fixed monthly fee for as long as you're hiring.

What's the minimum commitment?

An initial three months, extendable monthly after that. Sustained hiring is where embedded pays off, so we start with a term long enough to show results, then you extend month by month for as long as the hiring lasts. You can scale the number of roles up or down within that. If your hiring is too light to justify it, we'll tell you.

Do we get dedicated recruiters or a shared pool?

Dedicated. You get named recruiter(s) who work only on your roles, learn your business and represent your employer brand. Not a shared queue where your roles compete with other clients.

How quickly can you start?

Usually within one to two weeks. Scoping and access setup take a few days, then sourcing begins. You'll see a live pipeline inside the first fortnight.
