What you’ll be doing

Oversee and maintain all IT infrastructure, from networks and servers to backup and security systems
Manage the internal MIS/Intranet, ensuring it supports communication, collaboration, and data visibility
Identify and automate manual workflows using Power Apps, Zapier, Make, or similar tools
Provide hands-on support for critical applications, including Microsoft 365 tools
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across hardware, software, and user access
Develop clear technical documentation and performance reports for internal stakeholders

What we’re looking for

3+ years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, and network administration
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and modern automation platforms (Make, Zapier, Power Automate etc)
A proactive mindset with a knack for automation and improving processes
Solid communication skills in English — both written and verbal
Bangkok-based with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
