What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and mentor development team leads and junior staff to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Collaborate with senior leadership on project planning, resource management, and prioritisation.
Ensure task clarity, team alignment, and efficient workflows across multiple projects.
Help embed structure, discipline, and a proactive culture across the tech organisation.
What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years in a software team leadership or project management role.
ERP product background is a strong plus.
Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and communicate fluently in English.
Calm, structured, and mature leadership style with a problem-solving mindset.
Open to candidates based in or willing to relocate to Phuket.
