What you'll be doing You'll work closely with customers to understand their technical and commercial objectives before translating those requirements into scalable, production-ready software. Rather than focusing on a single area of the stack, you'll take ownership across frontend development, backend services, cloud infrastructure, system integration, and deployment. You'll design robust architectures, build modern applications, and integrate advanced AI capabilities into real-world business solutions. Commercial experience building modern full stack applications using contemporary frontend and backend technologies.
Strong programming skills with languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Java, Kotlin, or .NET.
Experience designing and deploying cloud-native applications, ideally within AWS environments.
Solid understanding of APIs, authentication standards, and distributed application architecture.
Experience with infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery practices.
Familiarity with microservices, event-driven architectures, and scalable system design.
Practical experience developing software that incorporates generative AI, large language models, or intelligent automation capabilities.
Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity while maintaining high-quality software.
