We're partnering with a rapidly growing international fintech that is transforming how financial institutions move money globally. Operating across multiple markets, the business combines startup pace with an ambitious international vision and is looking for an HR Business Partner to help support its next stage of growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structures in fast-moving environments. You'll take ownership of core HR operations across an international workforce, supporting everything from onboarding and offboarding to payroll coordination and employment compliance. Rather than becoming an expert in every country's legislation on day one, you'll work closely with local advisors while using modern technology and AI to quickly understand different regulatory environments and ensure the business continues to scale responsibly.
You'll partner with leaders across 16 international offices, helping establish consistent HR practices while adapting to local requirements. Every week will bring new challenges, new markets, and new opportunities to improve how the business supports its people.
We're looking for someone with at least three years' HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience who thrives in entrepreneurial environments. Startup or scale-up experience is highly valued, along with strong English communication skills, curiosity, resilience, and a willingness to solve problems independently.
