We're partnering with a fast-growing international fintech that's expanding rapidly and investing heavily in talent. With live vacancies spanning technology, commercial, legal, and corporate functions, they're looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who wants to take ownership of recruitment rather than inherit someone else's process.
From employer branding and sourcing strategy through to stakeholder management and hiring experience, you'll shape how the business attracts exceptional people across Thailand, Singapore, and other regional markets. Working directly with senior leaders, you'll influence hiring decisions, improve recruitment processes, and help build a scalable talent function capable of supporting ambitious growth plans.
Success won't simply be measured by time-to-fill. You'll be expected to build relationships, improve hiring quality, create better candidate experiences, and establish recruitment practices that grow with the business.
We're looking for someone with at least three years' experience in agency or in-house recruitment who enjoys working in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve quickly. Experience hiring across technology or corporate functions is highly desirable, while a fintech background would be a significant advantage thanks to the network and market knowledge it brings.
The successful candidate will be commercially minded, resilient, proactive, and motivated by building something from the ground up. Strong English communication is essential, along with the confidence to partner with senior stakeholders across an international organization.
