Project Manager

What you'll be doing
You'll lead multiple ecommerce projects from inception through successful delivery, acting as the central point of coordination between clients, technical teams and business stakeholders. Your focus will be on ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard, while managing priorities, risks and client expectations throughout the engagement.
You'll oversee every stage of digital commerce delivery, from storefront implementation and platform configuration through to integrations with ERP, CRM, POS, payment providers, logistics partners and other business-critical systems. You'll also coordinate testing, launch planning, user acceptance activities and post-launch support to ensure seamless customer and operational experiences.
Your background
  • 3-5+ years' experience managing ecommerce, digital platform, software delivery or technology projects.
  • Strong understanding of modern ecommerce operations, including catalogue management, pricing, promotions, checkout, payments, fulfilment and order management.
  • Experience delivering projects involving system integrations, APIs and enterprise business applications.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce or comparable ecommerce technologies.
  • Confident communicating with both technical teams and business stakeholders, translating requirements into successful project outcomes.
  • Excellent planning, organisation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced client-facing environments with a proactive approach to problem solving and delivery.
