Product Owner – Event Technology Bangkok | Hybrid | THB 65–70K

Want to own products that people actually use in the real world?

If you’re a Product Owner who enjoys being close to customers, working alongside technology teams and seeing your decisions come to life, this could be an opportunity to take genuine ownership across a growing event technology business.

You’ll join an established product team of around 25 people, working alongside two other Product Owners and reporting directly to the Product Manager. Your focus will be the wider product ecosystem supporting ticketing and events — from understanding what customers need, to deciding what gets built, why it matters and how it reaches the market.

The challenge

This isn’t a role where you simply manage a backlog from behind a screen. Events are unpredictable, customer needs change quickly and products have to work when thousands of people are relying on them.

You’ll work across Engineering, Design, QA and commercial teams to turn customer and business problems into practical product solutions. You’ll balance competing priorities, shape roadmaps, facilitate Agile delivery and make sure teams understand the problem they are solving — not just the feature they are building.

You’ll also have opportunities to get much closer to the action, including travelling to events in other provinces and potentially overseas. That means seeing how the technology performs in real environments and bringing those insights directly back into the product.

What you’ll bring

You’ll have around 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or closely related product role, ideally gained in a technology startup or similarly agile environment. You’re comfortable wearing multiple hats, working with autonomy and making decisions without needing everything mapped out for you.

You should understand product lifecycles and Agile ways of working, with hands-on experience using tools such as Jira. Strong analytical thinking, customer discovery and communication skills are important, as is the ability to work confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Thai and strong English is required.

Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, marketplaces, event technology or building products from an early stage would be valuable.

Why join?

You’ll have meaningful influence over products used in a highly visible, fast-moving industry, while working in a team where Product sits at the centre of technology and business. There’s room to broaden your product experience, take on more ownership and grow with the organisation.

Working model: Hybrid, with at least 2 days per week in the Bangkok office. Some travel will be required around events.

Benefits include stock options, provident fund and medical insurance.
