What you’ll be doing

You’ll play a key role in helping organisations unlock value from data and AI. From identifying opportunities and shaping analytical approaches through to deploying scalable solutions, you'll be involved throughout the full lifecycle of delivery. You'll work closely with client teams to translate business challenges into practical AI applications, develop robust models, communicate insights clearly, and support the adoption of new capabilities that create measurable outcomes.

Alongside project delivery, you'll contribute to knowledge sharing, help advance analytical best practices, and support the wider growth of AI capabilities across the organisation.

Your background

  • Commercial experience delivering advanced analytics, machine learning, or data science solutions in real-world environments

  • Strong Python development skills with the ability to build, test, and deploy analytical solutions

  • Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques, statistical modelling, and quantitative problem solving

  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Experience presenting findings through clear visualisations, recommendations, and business-focused insights

  • Comfortable working directly with stakeholders and contributing within client-facing environments

  • Strong project delivery skills with the ability to manage priorities in fast-paced settings

  • Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, Operations Research, or a related quantitative discipline
