You’ll lead the evolution of enterprise applications across a broad operational landscape, ensuring technology delivers tangible improvements in productivity, visibility, cost management and decision-making. You’ll provide senior ownership of SAP S/4HANA while bringing manufacturing, finance, maintenance, logistics and supply chain requirements together into a coherent technology strategy.
You’ll also guide integration between SAP and the wider manufacturing ecosystem, including production technology, warehouse solutions, operational data platforms and connected applications. Just as importantly, you’ll provide leadership through complex change—aligning executives, technology teams and operational stakeholders around transformation priorities.
You’ll bring substantial leadership experience delivering large-scale SAP S/4HANA programmes within complex organisations.
You’ll have led significant ERP transformation, ideally including full lifecycle implementation and major business process change.
You’ll understand the realities of technology in large, modern manufacturing environments; food and beverage or FMCG experience would be particularly relevant.
You’ll combine strong SAP knowledge with an understanding of manufacturing technology and enterprise integrations.
You’ll be comfortable operating with CIO/C-suite stakeholders while retaining enough technical depth to challenge solutions and delivery decisions.
You’ll understand how enterprise technology decisions translate into operational performance, financial outcomes and long-term scalability.
