Head of Growth
You’ve helped build a growth engine before. You know the difference between inheriting established channels and figuring out what actually works when a business is entering its next stage of scale.
This is an opportunity to do the latter.
A recently funded technology business is preparing for significant growth, both in Thailand and internationally. The ambition is to scale without building a bloated organisation, using technology and AI to create a smarter, highly efficient operation.
They’re looking for a Head of Growth to help make that happen.
Working directly with the co-founders, you’ll take ownership of the growth engine upstream of sales: generating demand, increasing qualified leads and finding repeatable ways to reach difficult-to-access decision-makers.
There’s already a foundation, but this isn’t a role where you’ll inherit a large marketing department or an established playbook. You’ll be expected to build, experiment and improve.
That means getting hands-on with performance marketing across Google and Meta, while developing the wider mix across content, brand and emerging channels. You’ll test ideas, follow the data, challenge assumptions and introduce new tools or approaches where they can produce better results.
AI will be central to how you work. The company wants someone who is already experimenting with AI in growth and marketing: using it to increase output, improve decision-making and explore what a lean team can accomplish without simply adding headcount.
The right person will have lived through genuine startup or scale-up growth before. You’ll understand the ambiguity, limited resources and constant prioritisation that come with building rather than maintaining.
You’ll also need an unusual balance of seniority and execution. You should be comfortable sitting with the founders, challenging ideas and helping shape international growth strategy, then rolling up your sleeves and launching or optimising a campaign yourself.
Over the next 12 months, your impact should be visible in a stronger brand, more predictable demand generation, better-performing acquisition channels and a clearer understanding of where the business can scale internationally.
If you’re motivated by building something rather than inheriting it, this is the kind of Head of Growth role where you can have genuine influence.
