GTM Sales Lead
You’ve already proved you can close complex enterprise software deals. The question is whether your next move should be another quota-carrying role inside an established sales machine — or the opportunity to build a market.
We’re partnering with a well-funded technology business that is making a significant move into AI-powered software for enterprise retail.
Following a recent funding round, Thailand has been identified as a major growth opportunity. There is already a local presence and, importantly, a strong network capable of opening doors into senior decision-makers.
Now they need someone who can turn that access into revenue.
Your initial mission is straightforward: prove the Thai market by closing sizeable enterprise deals. Sales comes first. Once that commercial traction is established, the company intends to invest substantially in building its local delivery capability around it.
You’ll sell an AI proposition designed around real operational problems in retail commerce — from customer engagement and ordering through to product discovery, channel operations and commercial decision-making. The underlying platform uses AI across voice, vision and text to automate workflows for retailers, brands and distributors.
This is enterprise selling rather than transactional SaaS. Initial pilots are typically around US$30k, with successful engagements capable of developing into US$100k–500k implementations. You’ll engage C-level and senior stakeholders across technology, digital, ecommerce, operations and commercial functions, navigating complex buying groups and building the business case for adoption.
The ideal person has already closed large enterprise software deals into retail. Enterprise SaaS or AI would be the closest fit, although backgrounds in CRM, ERP, ecommerce or broader retail technology are highly relevant. More important than having managed a large sales organisation is evidence that you personally know how to get complex deals over the line.
The longer-term opportunity goes beyond sales. If you establish the commercial engine in Thailand, there is a genuine path toward becoming Country Manager, helping build the team and ultimately taking broader ownership of the market.
Package: approximately THB 3.8m annual base salary, plus commission under a 60/40 compensation structure and a meaningful equity component.
